This blog serves to chronicle my experience trying to listen to every Swedish metal album released. This is a repeat of a prior experiment I did, where I listened to every metal album released between 1970 and 1980, which was a ton of fun to do. The rules for the experiment are as follows: *I will be using the Encyclopaedia Metallum search function, so if something is not listed on there, I won't see it. *I am doing full studio albums only: No EP's, no live albums, no demos, no compilations, no funny business. *The album must be available either on Apple Music or on Youtube. With those three rules I am still looking at over 6300 albums at the time I write this post and assuming a few hundred cannot be located online and that I can get through 300 albums in a year, it would take 20 years to complete this exercise.
